"Araz-Nakhchivan" has signed a contract with another football player.
According to "Report", citing the press service of the Nakhchivan representative, a contract has been signed with French football player Hamidu Keyta until 2026.
The 31-year-old midfielder spent the last season in Turkish "Konyaspor". Keyta, who is well known to Azerbaijani fans, also played for Premier League clubs "Zira" and "Qarabağ".
The football player has also played for French, Romanian and Portuguese clubs in different years.
It should be noted that "Araz-Nakhchivan", which renewed the contract with head coach Elmar Bakhshiyev, as well as Issof Paro, Omar Buludov, Kristian Avram, Tarlan Ahmadli, Urfan Abbasov, Slavik Alkhasov, Qara Garayev, Bakhtiyar Hasanalizade, Ulvi Iskandarov, Elchin Mustafayev, Turan Valizade, Vanderson Melo, Ramon Machado and Nuno Rodrigues, and transferred Bar Koen, Charles Boli, Bruno Franco, Chance Simakala Ba-Muaka, parted ways with Vadim Abdullayev, Cesar Meza Colli, Carlos Jatoba, Bernardo Dias and Mico Kuzmanovic before that.
