Several local media outlets have published reports claiming that "Araz-Nakhchivan" is looking for a new head coach. The reason given is the unstable performance of the club representing Nakhchivan. It is alleged that the club is currently in negotiations with three foreign specialists.

The person denied the reports, stating that the representative of the Autonomous Republic trusts Elmar Bakhshiyev.
He added that "Araz-Nakhchivan" will play the upcoming games under the leadership of Elmar Bakhshiyev.
