Aqil Nabiyev, the head coach of the Azerbaijan national team composed of football players under 15 years old, expressed his views after the 2nd friendly match against the Montenegrin national team of the corresponding age group.
Idman.biz reports that he commented on the 3:2 victory in a statement to the AFFA press service as follows:
"This team had gathered for training camp for the first time. The opponent, on the other hand, was coming together for the seventh time. Both games were played under our advantage. As a result of correct analysis and efforts, we won the second match."
The head coach said that his players have great potential: "It takes time to get to know the children. They are potential players, but they had serious problems with their physical condition. We don't have the opportunity to work on this much in the national team. Because we played the game after only three trainings. We give priority to purely tactical assignments. Our team gives hope for the future. The more preparation and international games there are, the more great things can be done with this team, as well as with our U-16 and U-17 national teams."
It should be noted that our national team drew 0:0 in the first match with Montenegro and won the second match with a score of 3:1.
