The AFFA Appeal Arbitration Tribunal overturned the decision of the Disciplinary Committee regarding Vugar Suleymanov, the coach of "Shamakhi" U-15 team, as unfounded and contrary to the AFFA Disciplinary Code.

The Disciplinary Committee's decision to impose a 1-year ban on Vugar Suleymanov from any football-related activity as an exceptional case, based on Article 1 of the AFFA Disciplinary Code, due to a violation by Vugar Suleymanov, the registered coach of the home team whose name was not recorded in the protocol, during the U-15 League match between "Shamakhi" and "Metak", was deemed unfounded and contrary to the AFFA Disciplinary Code.
Vugar Suleymanov has been disqualified for 6 matches, and "Shamakhi" has been fined 500 manats. The remainder of the appeal was not granted.
