According to the source, negotiations between the parties are nearing completion. After the club's sporting director Ricardo Moreira's visit to Madrid, Griezmann's transfer to the American club will be formalized in the coming weeks.
It should be noted that 34-year-old Griezmann is Atletico's all-time top scorer with 210 goals. This season, he has made 35 appearances in all competitions, scoring 12 goals and providing 2 assists. The French footballer's contract with the Madrid club expires in the summer of 2027.
