"Anji" founder Magomed-Sultan Magomedov arrested

Security forces of the Republic of Dagestan have detained State Secretary Magomed-Sultan Magomedov. Sport24.az reports that TASS has released this information.

 

Searches were carried out on Wednesday at several addresses associated with Magomedov. According to the source, the criminal case is related to the illegal privatization of "Dagneftbaza", which he has headed for nearly 20 years.

 

It should be noted that Magomedov is the founder of the Anji football club. He founded the team in 1991.
