"Our goal is to qualify for the Europa League main stage." Sport24.az reports that these words were said by "Sabah"'s Brazilian footballer Andrey Santos in his statement to his country's "Lance" publication.
The 20-year-old defender, who played for the Baku representative's reserve team in the 2024/2025 season, has already been involved in the main team. He also participated in the training camp in Austria with the team.
"I have worked very hard since the day I came here. I am slowly earning my place in the club. But I will continue to work with full dedication and humility."
Santos also spoke about his goals at "Sabah": "We have a quality team. We performed very well in the pre-season test matches. Our goal is to qualify for the Europa League main stage."
