It is reported that the legendary player Iniesta is under investigation for possible involvement in a financial fraud scheme involving his company, "Never Say Never," and its South American subsidiary. They had raised funds for the organization of various events.
Their main activity was hosting sports and music shows financed by Peruvian investors. Some never took place. Iniesta's name was used as a guarantee, which is why the deceived investors have filed a lawsuit.
