Andrea Pirlo has been appointed head coach of Dubai's "United" club.
Idman.biz reports that the new team of the 46-year-old Italian specialist plays in the First Division of the UAE Championship.
Pirlo, the 2006 World Champion as part of the Italian national team, ended his football career in 2017. His last place of work was "Sampdoria". Pirlo began his professional coaching career in 2020 by leading "Juventus". Before that, he worked in the youth system of the Turin club.
Pirlo won the Italian Super Cup and the national cup in his first season at Juve. He then coached "Fatih Karagümrük" in Turkey.
