Carlo Ancelotti, the head coach of the Brazilian national team, does not plan to call up striker Neymar for the World Championship to be held in the summer. This was reported by the Globo publication, Sport24.az reports.
Ancelotti is not satisfied with the performance of the football player who plays for Santos. He watched Neymar's last games and thinks he is not good enough for the national team.
The 33-year-old striker has scored 3 goals and made 3 assists in 6 games this season.
The Brazilian national team will compete with Morocco, Haiti and Scotland in Group C at the World Cup, which will be hosted by the USA, Canada and Mexico.
The World Championship will be held from June 11 to July 19.
