The Brazilian Football Confederation intends to further strengthen its partnership with Carlo Ancelotti. The leadership plans to offer the experienced specialist a new four-year contract that would make him the world's highest-paid national team coach.
Idman.Biz, citing "AS", reports that according to the new agreement, Ancelotti's annual salary will be approximately 40 million euros (80 million AZN).
The current contract also provides for a bonus of 5 million euros (10 million AZN) for the Italian coach if the Brazilian national team wins the 2026 World Cup. Since May 2025, the specialist who has been leading the "Sambacılar" has won four, drawn two and lost two of the eight matches he has played.
It should be reminded that during his career, Carlo Ancelotti has coached such giant clubs as "Milan", "Real", "Juventus", PSG, "Bavaria", "Everton" and "Napoli".
