The well-known producer Anar Madatov attracted attention with his statement. Sport24.az reports that the producer, who spoke to "Magazine Plus", talked about his famous football player son Mahir Emreli.
He commented on his son's change of the Madatov surname:
"My God advised that it should be so. It doesn't bother me at all. But I was worried for a while. No one understood that he still remained as M.M. Now the name is "Mahir Mahir". I named Mahir after my mother. Again, I'm glad that Mahir is Mahir."
