"Manchester United" head coach Ruben Amorim revealed the conversation he had with club owner Jim Ratcliffe yesterday. Sport24.az reports that CEO Omar Berrada and sporting director Jason Wilcox also participated in the meeting.
"A new contract, he offered me a new contract (smiles)! No, he just called to show support and explain that this is a long-term project. I spoke to him, Omar and Jason, so that they have all the information about the team. It was a normal meeting.
This is football and this club is perhaps under more pressure than other teams anywhere in the world, but we want to win. We need to be more aggressive. For the rest, I think we have improved compared to last year," said Amorim.
After four Premier League games, "Manchester United" is in 14th place.
