Real Madrid's head coach Alvaro Arbeloa has set a record that no other coach of the Madrid club has ever achieved. Sport24.az reports with reference to Opta Sport that Arbeloa has gone down in history as the coach who won all of his first four games in the Champions League play-off stage for the Royal Club.
The Spanish giant defeated Benfica in both games of the Champions League play-off stage (1-0, 2-1), and in the 1/8 finals, Arbeloa's team defeated Manchester City (3-0, 2-1).
It should be noted that in the 1/4 finals, Real will face Bayern or Atalanta. The first game between the teams ended with a victory for the Germans (6:1).
