UEFA's official website wrote about the Champions League play-off second leg match (3:2, first leg 6:1) between "Newcastle" and "Qarabag". Sport24.az reports that UEFA also noted the following about the goals scored by the Aghdam club:
"After the first leg, the "magpies", already leading 6:1, quickly gained the advantage in the first six minutes of the second leg thanks to goals from Sandro Tonali and Joelinton. There were more events in the second half: Kamilo Duran and Sven Botman exchanged goals with each other with a difference of 100 seconds. After that, Aaron Ramsdale saved Marko Jankovic's penalty, but could not prevent Elvin Jafarquliyev's shot. Although both teams continued their attacks, the total number of goals in this match remained at 12".
