Lutfi Arıboğan, former vice-president of the Turkish Football Federation (TFF), and three other former executives have been detained within the scope of the "FETÖ Operation in Sports." Sport24.az reports that the Istanbul Chief Public Prosecutor's Office has issued detention orders for Lutfi Arıboğan, former national basketball player and former TFF vice-president, Ahmet Gülüm, chairman of the Turkish National Olympic Committee, lawyer-professor İlhan Helvacı, and former TFF Secretary General Ebru Köksal.
They are accused of "aiding the FETÖ/PDY armed terrorist organization" and "violating the confidentiality of the investigation."
According to allegations, former president of "Fenerbahçe" club Ali Koç acts as a complainant in the case.
