The match between Al-Ittihad and Al-Ettifaq in the 16th round of the Saudi Arabian Pro League has ended.

Al-Ettifaq striker Khaled Al-Ghannam scored the only goal of the match in the 54th minute. Al-Ittihad goalkeeper Predrag Rajkovic received a straight red card in the 85th minute.
After 15 games in the Saudi Arabian Pro League, Al-Ittihad has 27 points and is in sixth place in the standings. Al-Ettifaq is in seventh place with 25 points.
In the next round, Al-Ittihad will face Al-Qadisiyah away on January 22, while Al-Ettifaq will host Neom a day earlier.
