Aghasalim Mirjavadov's Statement on the Chances of "Zira" and "Araz-Nakhchivan" in European Cups

"15-20 years ago, we were happy when we passed one stage. Now our teams are performing more successfully. "Zira's" opponent "Hayduk" is a strong team." These words were said by Aghasalim Mirjavadov, a member of the Coaches Committee, in his statement to Sport24.az.

The expert announced his expectations from the Conference League games of "Zira" and "Araz-Nakhchivan":

"Croatia is a football country. We must be ready ourselves first. "Zira" will pass the stage with its game. The squad is preserved, there is a game style, and if there are transfers, their chances will increase. In general, summer preparation should be good. "Araz-Nakhchivan," on the other hand, brought in a striker from France. The main thing is to protect and keep the main squad, which the club has. "Zira" and "Araz-Nakhchivan" must pass this stage."

He also shared his expectations for the next season in the Misli Premier League:

"Local football players will suffer due to the abolition of the limit. If they bring in legionnaires, what will happen to the locals? They should also be given a chance. It will hit our national team. Some players in the national team already played little in their clubs. After this, they may not play at all. Local football players must be in the clubs. There is less than a month left until "Sabah's" game in the European League. There is no head coach. This is a very strange situation. It can have a very bad effect on the club. It is impossible to prepare for European Cups in 20 days. I don't know what the management thinks about this. There is no news about new transfers either. Transfers need to be made. If this does not happen, "Sabah" will suffer in the game with the Slovenian representative."

It should be noted that the matches of the II qualifying round of the UEFA Conference League will be held on July 24 and 31.
