The transfer of Ederson, the midfielder of the Italian Serie A club "Atalanta", to "Barcelona" is back on the agenda.
Idman.Biz reports that the player's agent, Andre Cury, said that the Brazilian midfielder could fit very well into the system of the Catalan club.
According to him, Ederson has both high physical fitness and great endurance, which fully corresponds to the "Barcelona" game model.
The agent added that favorable conditions have been created for this transfer, as the player's contract with Atalanta is coming to an end. He stated that the club did not want to sell Ederson before, even though they received great offers for him.
The last time, Atalanta demanded 60-75 million euros (112-140 million AZN) for the player's transfer. However, as the expiration date of the contract approaches, the price may decrease twice and fall into the range of 30-40 million euros (approximately 56-75 million AZN).
The agent finally emphasized that Ederson is currently one of the players with the best statistics in Europe in his position and could be a high-level transfer for any major club.
