Idman.Biz reports that these words were said to idmanxeber.az by Afran Ismayilov, coach of Araz Nakhchivan, while talking about the dismissal of the team's former head coach, Elmar Bakhshiyev.
He continued:
"Such a decision was made. I wasn't even there. Again, Zaur muallim brought me there. I was in the club before Elmar Bakhshiyev. All decisions must be respected. I wish Elmar muallim success as well. He is a very wonderful person. Such things happen in football. There is nothing extraordinary or serious about Elmar Bakhshiyev's departure. It is not yet known how the new coach will be. Hopefully, it will be successful for the team."
To the question of whether former national team member E.Bakhshiyev was successful in Araz Nakhchivan, he answered:
"The management decides whether he was successful or not. This is not my job. The management brings and sends the coach. I am an ordinary employee of the club. I can't talk much about it."
