Afran Ismayilov, the coach of "Araz-Nakhchivan," has encountered a problem.
Idman.Biz reports, citing futbolinfo.az, that he was detained by employees of the State Traffic Police three days ago.
Ismayilov's BMW car was taken to the impound lot due to external devices. However, although he is ready to pay the fine, he has not been given any act or protocol.
"On the 1st of the month, traffic police stopped me on Zahid Khalilov Street. After inspecting the car, they said there was a weld on the muffler. I have been driving it for 3 years and there has been no problem. They took me to the impound lot. I parked the car and saw that there was no police. On the way, they were telling me to go to the boss and solve the problem. I don't know them. Whoever I approach doesn't answer. I was left in the rainy place. Now I can't find my car again. I called 102 and they said they would answer. But there was no answer. I have been calling for three days, but there is nothing in between. No protocol, no act, no fine… I don't know what to do. I can't stay without a car. I go to training, I go there, I go here. Three days later - after the game with "Kapaz" yesterday, I saw that I received a message. A fine of 150 manats was written without a decision. The protocol states "design change". But the address and protocol are wrong. Since the protocol is also written undecided, I have to wait 5-6 days. I have been going for inspection for 3 years and there has never been a problem. How did it come out after 3 years. We are law-abiding people. That is, if there was any problem, they would have told us in advance, we would have solved it. But how did it come out now?" - said Afran Ismayilov in his statement.
