AFFA's expenses for 2023 have been announced. Sport24.az reports that this was stated in the national association's report.
The organization's expenses for the past year amounted to 49 million 110 thousand 811 manats.
The funds spent on national teams amounted to 27 million 881 thousand 267 manats.
Salary and business trip expenses amounted to 8 million 128 thousand 465 manats, referees and referee-inspectors 4 million 40 thousand 35 manats, and the organization of games 2 million 441 thousand manats.
The costs of organizing leagues for girls and boys from U-10 to U-19, the AFFA Region League, and other tournaments amounted to 2 million 371 thousand 143 manats.
In addition, 978 thousand 200 manats were spent on the implementation of the VAR project, 556 thousand 437 manats for security, 472 thousand 940 manats for transportation, 370 thousand 71 manats for the development of mass football, 341 thousand 40 manats for air tickets and hotels, 312 thousand 367 manats for other expenses, 267 thousand 630 manats for Licensing and Finance, 214 thousand 94 manats for operating expenses, 208 thousand 220 manats for the Marketing and Sponsorship Department, 185 thousand 996 manats for the "Elite Training" Project, 179 thousand 806 manats for education, and 162 thousand 100 manats for utilities and communication expenses.
It should be noted that the costs of meeting UEFA representatives, referees and referee-inspectors appointed to the Champions League and Europa League matches of our clubs are also included in this amount.
