Zahra Valizadeh, a leading specialist of the Infrastructure Department of AFFA, participated in the "Respect Forum 2025" event organized by UEFA in Zurich, Switzerland.
"Report" informs with reference to the press service of the organization that the forum was organized at the "Letzigrund" stadium, which will host several matches of the European Women's Championship this year.
Participants were divided into 17 different working groups, and each group discussed a specific area of sustainability, working on innovative and practical solutions. Zahra Valizadeh took part in discussions on topics such as accessibility, technology integration, inclusiveness and improving the fan experience in modern stadiums, taking place at the "Smart and Welcoming Stadiums" working table. Approaches to stadiums not only as venues for sports events, but also as social unifying spaces, the introduction of green technologies and ways to create a safer, inclusive infrastructure were discussed.
The forum provided information on the goals for 2021–2030 within the framework of UEFA's social and environmental sustainability strategy, as well as the "FootbALL" program implemented based on the "Strength Through Unity" strategy and the newly presented digital platform within this program.
