The "Future Leader in Football" 2025 program was held in Lörrach, Germany.
Idman.biz reports that Narmin Sidaliyeva, a specialist from the Club Licensing Department of AFFA, also participated in the program organized by DFB, the German Agency for International Cooperation (GIZ), and "Volkswagen", which was attended by female participants from 25 different countries.
The purpose of organizing the program was gender equality, strengthening women's leadership, and increasing the role of women in football.
Participants were also taught leadership, strategy building, social change promotion, and international networking skills.
Among the exhibiting guests who participated as presenters at the event were UEFA Vice President Laura McAllister, President of the Norwegian Football Association Lise Klaveness, UEFA Director of Women's Football Nadine Kessler, as well as influential figures such as Alexandra Popp and Jessica Libbertz.
