Narmin Sidaliyeva, a specialist from the AFFA's Club Licensing Department, participated in the "Future Leader in Football 2025" program held in Lörrach, Germany.
"Report" reports, citing the organization's press service, that the program, organized by the DFB, the German Agency for International Cooperation (GIZ), and "Volkswagen", included female participants from 25 different countries.
The purpose of the program was to promote gender equality, strengthen female leadership, and increase the role of women in football. Participants were also taught leadership, strategy building, social change promotion, and international networking skills.
Among the exhibiting guests who participated as presenters at the event were UEFA Vice President Laura McAllister, President of the Norwegian Football Association Lise Klaveness, UEFA Women's Football Director Nadine Kessler, as well as influential figures such as Alexandra Popp and Jessica Libbertz.
