Kifayat Mustafayeva, AFFA's Social and Environmental Sustainability Manager, participated in the "Child Rights Protection in Football" seminar organized by UEFA in Copenhagen, the capital of Denmark.

K.Mustafayeva exchanged views with representatives of leading federations and provided information on the work done in our country in the field of protecting children's rights and building a sustainable sports environment.
The purpose of the event is to harmonize modern standards among federations for the safety, welfare and protection of children's rights in the sports environment, to share best practices in the field of sustainable management, and to contribute to the development of a sustainable and transparent management model.
During the two-day event, participants exchanged views on UEFA's new framework model for the protection of children's rights, risk assessment and protection protocols, and the creation of a safe sports environment for children.
The seminar is considered an important platform that contributes to strengthening cooperation between UEFA member federations and creating a safe, protected and inclusive football environment for children.
