AFFA President Rovshan Najaf congratulated Azerbaijani champion "Qarabag" on qualifying for the play-off stage of the UEFA Champions League.
Idman.biz reports that the head of the federation shared this on his social media account.
"I sincerely congratulate the "Qarabag" team, which won against North Macedonia's "Shkendija" club in the return match of the third qualifying round of the UEFA Champions League and advanced to the play-off stage of the tournament, and I wish them new victories in the upcoming games," the head of the national association said.
It should be noted that "Qarabag" won against "Shkendija" with a score of 1:0 away and 5:1 in Baku.
