AFFA officials participated in the International Partners Meeting within the SCALE project held in Bucharest, the capital of Romania.
"Report" reports that the information was released by the organization's press service.
Azerbaijan was represented at the event, which was held at the headquarters of the Romanian Football Federation, by project coordinator Kifayat Mustafayeva and coaches Gulyana Ozcan and Ofelia Gafarova. They made presentations on the successful implementation of the project in Azerbaijan, field activities, and the implementation of "dual career" school programs.
During the two-day meeting, partner countries - Azerbaijan, Romania, Italy, Moldova, and Malta - discussed the current situation and future plans for the project. In particular, important decisions were made regarding the implementation of the methodology, evaluation surveys, analysis of results, collection of feedback on the SCALE methodology, and the final organizational work of the project.
The event was also an important step in terms of planning project tournaments and the final conference. The SCALE project aims to develop a "dual career" model that supports young football players' academic activities along with sports. Since 2023, the project has been organized by AFFA and covers 10 schools and 5 clubs (including boys and girls football players).
