"The biggest problem is with children's and youth football." Sport24.az reports that this was stated by AFFA Secretary General Jahangir Farajullayev at the signing ceremony of the agreement with the camera and analysis platform "Eyeball" company.
The Secretary General said that the new cooperation will be very beneficial for the country's football:
"Our biggest problem is with children's and youth football. Technologies are now also being applied to football. Cameras and analysis will be used in children's and youth football. Cameras will be installed in stadiums during the competition and analyzes will be carried out. A round-by-round database will be created. This will reveal the performance of each player. One of the problematic issues is that sometimes assigned and not strong players are called up to the national teams. This data will really show which players are being attracted to the national team. This database will also be accessible to European and world scouts. Scouts will be able to keep players under control and attract them to their teams when the time comes. This will be an impetus for the development of our football."
It should be noted that according to the agreement, the camera and analysis platform of "Eyeball" company will be applied in the championships for lower age groups held under the AFFA flag.
