Gunay Zamanli, Head of the Legal Department of AFFA, participated in the "UEFA Women in Football Leadership Programme 2025" educational program held in Lausanne, Switzerland, jointly organized by the UEFA Academy and the IMD Business School.
"Report" informs that the main goal of the program is to develop the leadership skills of women working in decision-making positions in football management, to increase their leadership potential, to strengthen their participation in decision-making processes and to support their professional development.
In addition, the program serves to strengthen the role of women in the future of football and to promote international experience exchange.
During the five-day intensive sessions held within the framework of the program, 36 female experts representing various football organizations around the world increased their knowledge by discussing leadership, strategic management and personal development topics, and gained the opportunity to expand networking and exchange experiences in the global football family.
