Gunay Zamanli, Head of the Legal Department of AFFA, participated in the "UEFA Women in Football Leadership Programme 2025" educational program held in Lausanne, Switzerland, jointly organized by the UEFA Academy and the IMD Business School. Sport24.az reports that the main goal of the program is to develop the leadership skills of women working in decision-making positions in football management, increase leadership potential, strengthen their participation in decision-making processes, and support their professional development.
In addition, the program serves to strengthen the role of women in the future of football and promote the exchange of international experience.
During the five-day intensive sessions held within the program, 36 female specialists representing various football organizations from around the world discussed topics such as leadership, strategic management and personal development, increasing their knowledge, and gained the opportunity to expand networking and exchange experiences in the global football family.
