AFFA held an online meeting with licensing managers and academy heads of the clubs playing in the I League.
İdman.Biz reports that the main topic of the meeting was the Needs Analysis and Support Process for Academy Development.
This process was essentially presented as a key mechanism to ensure more effective implementation of the requirements reflected in the club licensing regulations.
The meeting was attended by representatives of the relevant structural units – Head of the Licensing and Registration Department Seymur Salimli, Head of the Club Licensing Department Seyran Karimli, Coordinator for children and youth football of the department, coach-coordinator Sarkhan Huseynov and chief expert on medical issues Fuad Safarov.
At the event, detailed information was provided on identifying the development needs of academies, increasing compliance with the requirements of the licensing process, mechanisms for methodological support to clubs, and innovations related to medical issues. At the end of the meeting, an exchange of views was held with representatives of the participating clubs and an action plan for the next stages was discussed.
