AFFA has penalized 3 football players and the vice-president of "Kür-Araz", representing Azerbaijan's II League, with a 4-match ban.

According to "Report", the decision was made at the meeting of the Disciplinary Committee of the organization.

In the 62nd minute of the second round match "Göygöl" - "Kür-Araz", the guest players Elkhan Mammadov received a direct red card for insulting the referees, while Elnur Mammadov and Eltun Hasanli were penalized for insulting the referees after receiving a second yellow and then a red card.

On 16.09.2025, after the end of the second round match "Göygöl" - "Kür-Araz" in the II League, player number 14 Elnur Mammadov from the "Kür-Araz" team will be banned for 4 matches for insulting the referees after receiving a second yellow and then a red card, and the "Kür-Araz" team will be fined 1000 manats (52.4);
