The AFFA Disciplinary Committee fined "Turan Tovuz" for the statements of the club's Chairman of the Board, Ehtiram Guliyev.

Due to the mass insulting expressions of Tovuz fans towards the referees during the first match of the semi-final stage of the Azerbaijan Cup - "Turan Tovuz" - "Zira", the western representative was fined 5,000 manats.
In addition, after the meeting, the team was fined 15,000 manats because Ehtiram Guliyev, the chairman of the board of the "Turan Tovuz" club, made statements that deliberately humiliated and questioned the reputation and credibility of AFFA, its bodies or member organizations.
In the same match, the capital team lost 700 manats because four members of the "Zira" team received yellow cards.
