The AFFA Disciplinary Committee has fined Neftchi 23,000 manats.
Report informs that the decision was made at the meeting of the organization.
The Baku club was fined 15,000 manats for the fans displaying an offensive banner during the Neftchi-Turan Tovuz match of the XXIII round of the Misli Premier League. In the same match, the club was fined an additional 8,000 manats due to the home team's fans chanting offensive expressions towards the referees en masse, and this happening for the 5th time this season.
In addition, the team lost 700 manats because 5 players in the guests' squad received yellow cards in the "Shamakhi" - "Imishli" match of the round.
The Kapaz team suffered the same fate. 4 players from the Ganja club will have to pay 700 manats because they received yellow cards in the match with Zira.
