AFFA held an online meeting with the licensing managers and academy heads of the clubs playing in the Premier League.
Idman.Biz reports that the main topic of the meeting was the Needs Analysis and Support Process for Academy Development. This process was essentially presented as a key mechanism that ensures more effective implementation of the requirements reflected in the club licensing regulations.
The meeting was attended by AFFA management and representatives of relevant structural units - Deputy Secretary General Elchin Mammadov, Head of the Licensing and Registration Department Seymur Salimli, Head of the Club Licensing Department Seyran Karimli, Coordinator for children and youth football of the department, coach-coordinator Sarkhan Huseynov and Head of the Financial Control Department of the Financial Department Rashad Babayev.
The event provided detailed information on identifying the development needs of academies, increasing compliance with the requirements of the licensing process, and mechanisms for methodological support to clubs. At the end of the meeting, an exchange of views was held with representatives of the participating clubs and an action plan for the next stages was discussed.
