The AFFA Disciplinary Committee has penalized two Region League clubs for failing to appear for a match.
According to "Report", the "Qobu" - "Crystal" match resulted in a 0:3 technical defeat for the latter, as the visiting team was not on the field at the appointed time.
The "Dirçəliş" club suffered the same fate. They faced a 0:3 technical defeat for fielding Alakbar Aliyev, whose name was not on the protocol, in their match against "Universal Football Academy".
