One match of the AFC Champions League Elite's round of 16 has concluded.
Idman.Biz reports that the match was held between Saudi Arabia's Al-Hilal and Qatar's Al-Sadd. After regular and extra time ended in a 3-3 draw, the Qatari team won 4-2 in the penalty shootout. The game was held at the Prince Abdullah Al-Faisal Stadium.
Sergej Milinković-Savić put the Saudi Arabian team ahead in the 29th minute. Claudino scored the equalizer in the 36th minute. Salem Al-Dawsari scored the home team's second goal in the 55th minute, while Rafael Muhika equalized in the 58th minute. Marcos Leonardo put Al-Hilal ahead in the 67th minute, but Roberto Firmino equalized in the 71st minute.
Starting from the quarter-finals, the tournament games will be held at the King Abdullah Sports City and Prince Abdullah Al-Faisal stadiums in Jeddah. The final will take place on April 25.
