"Our trainings have been continuing since January 6, once a day. We plan to play three friendly matches as part of the preparation." These words were said by Adil Shukurov, the head coach of "Sabail", in his statement to Sport24.az.
The experienced specialist talked about his team's preparation plan:
"We parted ways with some football players. It was advisable for young football players to move to a club where they can get more chances to play. Regarding new transfers, I can say that there are several football players we are negotiating with. This issue should be fully clarified in the near future. The 8-point difference with "Shafa", the leader of the championship, does not scare us. We believe in our team. I think that all teams in the First League can take points from each other".
It should be noted that "Sabail", which plays in the I League, is in the 3rd place in the tournament table with 22 points.
