Idman.Biz reports that the AFFA Disciplinary Committee has made a decision on this matter.
This was caused by the coach insulting the referees after receiving a second yellow card in the 20th round match against "Baku Sporting". Due to A. Shukurov's actions, the "seafarers" lost 3,000 manats. The head coach himself was given a four-match ban.
The match ended with a 1:0 victory for "Sabail".
