Adil Shukurov, the head coach of "Kapaz", will work with all his strength to make the team better.
"Report" reports that the specialist said this in an interview with the press service of the Ganja representative.
He stated that it is very proud and responsible to be in this club again.
"I thank the new club management for believing and giving me this chance again. I, for my part, can say that I will work with all my strength to make "Kapaz" better. This is a principle for me and, God willing, this year "Kapaz" will be superior to the team of the time I was in before. For this, our chairman Adil muallim, as well as Farman Alizade and other members of the board of directors, have organized all the opportunities in the club. The development of football players is very important and "Kapaz" has the necessary conditions. The team's base is almost completely at the disposal of the main team. In the recent past, when I was in the team, I really wanted the team to be fed before and after training. The team members should come to the base in advance and rest in the rooms before going to training, as they did when I played in "Kapaz". After the arrival of the new management, the players are provided with food. The team spending more time together at the base leads to the formation of a team. In addition, our chairman said that after the III CIS Games, lighting works will be carried out on the training grounds of the Academy".
According to A. Shukurov, after the arrival of the new management, everyone in the club started working more responsibly and result-oriented:
"Our chairman demands this from everyone working in the "Kapaz" team and has created conditions in the club for this. Everything has been provided in the club, from structural changes to support for the main team. Additional support has also been provided for the Academy coaches. In return, we will work harder and fulfill the management's wishes in the club".
The head coach noted that the selection of the main team's football players is carried out by the coaching staff:
"We are trying to form a synthesis of young and local football players, as well as legionnaire players, and we are continuing this process. Erkin Ibrahimov, a member of the Board of Directors, supports us in this work. There were delays in the joining of some players to the team, which did not affect the team's game. This is normal in transfer matters. But despite this, I believe that I will fully fulfill the task of the management.
He emphasized that negotiations are continuing with several players:
"This issue will be resolved in the near future, and after that we will see a more competitive "Kapaz" in the championship. For this, we, as the coaching staff, are putting all our efforts. In the end, I am absolutely sure that we will live up to the expectations of the "Kapaz" fans and those who love "Kapaz".
