Forward Karim Adeyemi may leave Borussia Dortmund because of his wife.
According to Lent.az, citing foreign media, the German international has informed the club's management of his intention to move to another team.
Karim's wife, Kosovo-born Swiss hip-hop artist Loredana Zefi Aliu, wants to live in another European city, a metropolis, not industrial Dortmund.
Adeyemi married the 30-year-old Swiss rapper a year ago.
Adeyemi's contract with Borussia runs until the summer of 2027.
Transfermarkt estimates the forward at 60 million euros. In November, it was reported that Karim was in talks with Manchester United and Inter.
This season, the 23-year-old footballer has played 14 games in the Bundesliga, scoring four goals and providing one assist.
