The transfer of Vincent Abubakar, the Cameroonian national team striker, to "Neftchi" will not take place.
Idman.Biz, referring to sport24.az, reports that this was hindered by the 33-year-old striker demanding a very high salary.
Thus, negotiations between the parties have been suspended.
"Neftchi" has been in negotiations with Abubakar since last month.
It should be noted that Abubakar, who played for "Porto", "Besiktas", "Lorient" and "Al-Nasr", last played for "Hatayspor" (Turkey). Last season, he appeared in 25 matches in the Turkish Super League, scored seven goals and made two assists.
