– A high-level game took place against a good opponent. Although "Gabala" played with 10 people, they played very well. The match was very difficult. As a result, we won and we are happy about it.
– In the last round, in the game against "Araz-Nakhchivan", your opponent received a red card and the score ended 5:0 in your favor. Everyone remembers the same game, but this time the score was only 2:0. What is the reason for this?
– The most important thing is victory. Now we need to focus on our game.
– Today you played in the center in the first half. Which position is more comfortable for you – left or right wing?
– It doesn't matter to me. I play wherever the coach tells me to play.
– Your next game will be against "Copenhagen" in the II round of the UEFA Champions League. How is your preparation and motivation for this match?
– Yes, we have an important game with "Copenhagen". They are a great team, they are very strong. We have to prepare well, recover and try to get a good result at home.
– After defeating "Benfica" in Portugal, what do you think about winning 3 points from the meeting with "Copenhagen"?
– You know, this is football. Nothing can be said in advance here. Of course, we want to win every time, but we know that "Copenhagen" is a very strong team. We have to focus and work for the best result.
– After the victory in the first game, some say that "Qarabağ" can reach the next stage of the Champions League...
– The road is very long. You see who we are playing against. The opponents are all TOP teams. We have to play games one by one and collect the maximum points. Then it will be known in which position we will finish. Of course, we are competing and want to advance to the next stage, but it is not easy.
– In your opinion, how many points will be enough to advance to the next stage?
– I don't know, maybe about 10 points. But it is impossible to say exactly.
