Qarabag's captain, Abdullah Zubir, wishes to face French representative PSG in the UEFA Champions League play-off stage.
Idman.Biz reports with reference to the official UEFA website that the 35-year-old midfielder said this after the match against Liverpool.
He assessed the big defeat in the last match of the main stage and the possible opponents in the play-off stage.
"The 0:6 defeat is very upsetting. But we are happy to have qualified for the play-offs. I am French, so I would like to play against PSG in the play-off stage. Even though they are now the number one team in the world. Our other possible opponent is Newcastle. It would be difficult to play against them as well."
