Qarabağ footballer Abdullah Zubir wants to play in the Champions League League stage.
The Moroccan-born French footballer said this in an interview with "Report".
He commented on his team's championship in the Misli Premier League:
"As in previous years, this season was also successful for us. The long marathon is over. It is a great happiness to add gold medals to our account. The expectations of the fans are always high from us. We aim to end the season with a gold double by winning the Azerbaijan Cup as well. Of course, our goals do not end there. Then we have to seriously prepare for the UEFA Champions League games. I really want to play in the League stage of the Champions League with "Qarabağ".
The 33-year-old midfielder finally emphasized that he has not received official offers from clubs of other countries and wants to continue his career in the Aghdam representative:
"I feel happy in "Qarabağ". Moreover, my contract has not expired. For this reason, I am not looking for another team".
