"Sabah" midfielder Abdulla Khaybulayev spoke about the victory over "Qarabag" (1:0) in the 28th round of the Misli Premier League. Sport24.az reports that the 24-year-old football player, speaking to the club's press service, also commented on the goal he scored in the "Sabah" team:
Did I score my first goal for "Sabah"? The main thing is that we won. But it is impossible to describe my feelings about my debut goal. I was both a hero and an anti-hero in the match with "Qarabag". After all, I scored a goal, but I received an unnecessary red card. As for our fight, it could not be otherwise against a team like "Qarabag". We fought from the first half to the last second. We had good chances in the first half; we could even have scored the second and third goals. But everything turned out this way. There are still five rounds left and we have to prepare for the next matches. Now the most important thing is to win everything so that "Sabah" becomes the champion for the first time in its history".
