Eldar Guliyev, Qismat Aliyev from "Zira", Vladislav Veremeyev from "Shamakhi", Elvin Jamalov from "Neftchi", Rashad Azizli, Alan Dias, Vugar Mustafayev from "Sumgayit", Rojerio Santos, Yegor Khvalko from "Kapaz", Igor Ribeiro and Ramon Machado from "Araz-Nakhchivan" will not be able to play.
