Azerbaijani representatives Shakhriyar Mamedyarov and Teymur Rajabov have dropped one position in the International Chess Federation (FIDE) rating.
"Report" informs that Sh. Mamedyarov (2746) is ranked 14th and T. Rajabov (2692) is ranked 40th.
The winner of the last national championship, Rauf Mammadov (2657), remained in 69th place. The list is headed by Norwegian Magnus Carlsen (2837).
Among women, Govhar Beydullayeva (2394) dropped 8 places to 53rd place. Gunay Mammadzada (2390), who lost four positions, is 57th, Ulviyya Fataliyeva (2374), who dropped 10 places, is 67th, and Khanim Balajayeva (2358), who advanced 3 places, is 58th. Gulnar Mammadova (2352) returned to the "top 100" and is currently 91st.
Yifan Hou (2633) from China is the leader among women.
