Azerbaijani boxer Alfonso Dominguez (90 kg) started the World Championship held in Liverpool, England with a victory.
According to "Report", the athlete faced Yasse Kiss (Germany) in the 1/8 finals.
He gave his opponent no chance. Dominguez, who finished all 3 rounds in his favor, eventually won with a score of 5:0 (29:28, 29:28, 30:27, 30:27, 30:27).
He will compete in the 1/4 final match on September 10.
